Chapter 1 Basic Techniques

 |
(3) Moving and Fading the Text
- this is the combination of the first two effects: we move a text on the horizontal and vertical text witch is fading as it leaves the center of the stage
- make sure you looked at the explains for the first two effects and this will be very easy to understand
- one layer is the exact layer used in the second effect so you can just copy/paste that (don't forget to set the resolution to 200*100)
- the other one is the "fade" layer used in the first effect a bit modified (now we have more frames): fade in over the text when the text comes to the center and fade out over the text when it leaves the center
Please take in consideration our next advices:
- you can use the effect only with a one color background
- effect usually used when we have large text and small viewable area and we move it on the vertical axes so it can be read
- check the Mask chapter for another method that you can use to obtain the same effect
